RCUSA urges administration to utilize USRAP to welcome Ukrainians

Washington, DC – Yesterday evening, Executive Director John Slocum sent a letter to President Biden on behalf of Refugee Council USA urging that the administration utilize the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) to welcome 100,000 vulnerable Ukrainians.
