Anti-Racism Working Group
Expanding practice for more equitable work.
About the Anti-Racism Working Group
Founded in 2020 following the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Tony McDade the Anti-Racism Working Group (ARWG) was created to provide a space for member staff to work openly and critically on issues of racism, anti-Blackness, and other systemic inequities. The ARWG centers on relationship and power building, and convenes advocates, service providers, and community leaders for much needed dialogue and organizing in support of creating more equitable programs and processes.
